She manages countless behind-the-scenes details, supports the team every day, and is thrilled to lead the launch of our Arvada office. Her steady leadership helps everything run smoothly. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys the Colorado outdoors, mountain trips, hot springs, and spending time with her husband Craig and rescue dog, Hazel. Carrie brings heart, reliability, and genuine warmth to everything she touches.
