Our Wellness Plan is NOT insurance. It is a membership plan that provides benefits to the plan holders. With our Wellness Plan, there are no waiting periods, no benefit maximums, and no deductibles. You can use it right away.
Each Wellness Plan member will receive between 15-25% off our usual office fees.
There is no catch with our Wellness Plan. We can offer this plan because the relationship stays between the dentist and the patient; there is no middle man (no insurance or third party plans dictating treatment).
The benefits expire on the anniversary date of when you had signed up. Renewing your Wellness Plan benefits is simple. Please speak without our front office team members and they will be able to process the renewal for the coming year either in person or by phone.
